Literally at the lab

Thunder broke and Alpha stood up. "Come on, we have to find her."

Daniel agreed. He wasn't exactly sure where Dark could have gone though.

"You take the beach half. I take the rest."

Daniel nodded and set out to search the beach.

There was some hot glass in the direction of the forest. It began to drizzle.

Daniel noticed the glass and decided to follow it.

Dark was hiding in a space between two rocks where there was some burnt marks on the top.

Daniel figured that Dark was there. He wondered if she was mad at him.

Dark was hissing as drops of water leaked through.

Daniel remembered that water hurt her when she was like that, but he wasn't sure what he could do.

The air got hotter as Dark tried to get out and failed.

Daniel tried to help her out.

When he lifted the rock, a puddle of water dripped in and Dark screamed.

Daniel cursed himself for being an idiot.

Dark slowly wiggled out. "Ow ow ow ow,"

"Sorry..."

Dark glared at him and briefly burst into flame before yelping and shrinking down.

Daniel stumbled backwards. She was clearly still upset with him, even if the rain kept her from showing it.

Dark stormed back into the cave where she shook off the water and was back on fire.

Daniel sat down in the rain outside the cave.

Dark wasn't talking to him.

Daniel was thinking of something.

Dark didn't care.

Daniel got up and walked off into the rain.

Dark was festering.
