Daniel also knew himself.

He knew he had red eyes.

Daniel had seen his eyes before. They were infact red, which contradicted both of his parent's eye colors.

Daniel was (hopefully) smart enough to realize that the baby was little Daniel.

Daniel had fighured that might be the case, but didn't believe that the women he saw was his mother.

Daniel then realized that he was witnessing his capture.

Daniel was very confused by that fact as it contradicted with his memory.

IC: The lab had altered many memories.

Daniel knew for a fact that his mother had died protecting him from an explosion in the city. He also remebered her looking different...

Well apparently, Daniel had a dead twin. And a stepmother.

Daniel was very confused.

He woke up to Dark slapping his face.

Daniel blinked a few times and looked at Dark.

"Are you awake yet?" Dark said irritably. She was still recovering from the nerve gas.

Daniel nodded. He wasn't actually sure whether he was or not, but it seemed like it.

"Great." Dark was very cranky. Nerve gas made Dark cranky.

"Are you alright?" Daniel asked.

"No! I was subdued with nerve gas against my will, had to fight my way through a building of death while sudbued with nerve gas, and carry you seven miles. Lose weight."

Daniel looked around. He had just assumed that he was still in the lab.

Dark remained cranky and real.

Daniel hugged her.

"Why the hell are you hugging me?" Dark hissed.

Daniel let go. "I just had to make sure it was really you."

Dark didn't want to be hugged when she wanted to kill several people.

Daniel wasn't sure what to do now.
