The War

"Wait, what?" Daniel never told Dark.

"You mean you don't know?" Sonya asked. "All those years ago when the young one snuck into the lab to kill me?"

Dark sighed. "I was never told." Dark dismissed Arianna to play in town.

"Well, there is definitely a story to be told then." Sonya said. Then she sighed. "Did you really not notice him going out into the forest to that large rock though? He visited often."

Dark sighed. "Back then, I was mostly in trees, perfecting my attacks with different weapons."

"Hmm. Perhaps it is best if I show you then." Sonya said. She indicated for Dark to follow and stalked off into the forest.

"One second." Dark kicked Daniel awake. "Arianna's in town. Watch her." And followed Sonya. Cautiously.

Sonya led Dark to the large rock. The dirt infront of it was covered with various flowers and letter were etched into it.

Dark looked at the letters.

It spelled out Sonya's name. There were other words carved lower down on the stone, but by now they were illegible.

"Ummm..." Dark found that immensely creepy.

"You act as if you've never seen a grave before."

"I have. It's just the fact that you're standing in front of your grave."

"Yes, and do you know who the one to blame for this is?"

"Gustav?" Dark was very uncertain and this conversation was really creeping Dark out.

"Not even close. My current body and my death were both direct actions of the young one."

"You know, he's not that young."

"No, especially not after these thirteen years, but the nicknames suits him."

"Well, you can't really be nicknamed 'young one' after you have your first born."

"I suppose." Sonya said. "But anyways, he did kill me. Now, I do believe it would be as good a time as any to head to the lab and kill Gustav."

"I don't. I don't think that a half-chocked boy can be at full power yet." Dark glared at the wolf. "How are you alive if you already died, also, do you know of a wolf-man named Zaro? He left us for a young she-wolf a few years earlier." Dark inqured about Sonya's social life using information that was just posted.

"I suppose the story of my resurrection is something you would be curious about. I'll have to tell you about it later. As for Zaro, I don't believe I've ever met him."

"He's an old friend."

"Well, if I ever see him I suppose I could tell him you said 'hi'."

"Yes." Dark was thinking of last words.
