The War

Damien got on.

The wolves took off. Dark was riding point. Diane was in the center.

Florence had never rode a wolf before. He found it interesting.

His wolf told him stuff. "You never rode a wolf before?"

"Nope."

"Well I'm an easy wolf. Your girlfriend there, she has Kokoro. He's tough."

OOC: Kokoro...

IC: "What exactly does that mean?"

"Kokoro? It means strong wind."

OOC: It means 'heart' or 'soul' in Japanese. I know because my brother used that name for his anime thing he made.

IC: "I meant the difficulties. How can one wolf be more tough to ride then another?"

OOC: huh. I'm obsesed with Japanese.

IC: "Some have more bounce."

OOC: Well, the word for wind is Kaze...
At least I think so, because Kami means 'God'

IC: "Oh."

OOC: Huh.

IC: "And they have more spirit."

OOC: Btw, Japanese is awesome.

IC: Florence wasn't exactly sure what that meant.

OOC: I know.

IC: Koroto trotted near. "Mina!" He barked.

Florence didn't speak wolf, so he had no idea what Kokoro had just said.

"Who's the idiot?" He spoke in human.

Florence doubted that the wolf was talking about him.

"Why'd you get a male?"

Florence felt as if he was intruding upon the wolves conversation. He wondered how the other were doing.

Diane was having fun. Dark was very used to this.

Florence noticed that Damien looked completely emotionless, and that Joshua seemed more like a scared kid than his usual self.

"How can you be scared?! This is awesome!" Diane told him.

"It's just..." Joshua wasn't really sure how to answer.

"They're not going to hurt you."

Joshua was silent.
