1) If you want something to happen, disscus it in the Omega\Alpha\Theta\Epsilon\Delta Lounges (called the [insert first letter of the rank here] Lounges).
2) Treat members with the respect that they give you.
3) Do not go banning and warning other admins.
4) Obey the All Rules.
