At the lab part 3 now.

"Or I can. I can get to town faster than you."

"What do you need money for?" Scott asked, not bothering to mention that her kind were looked down upon in the town.

"I don't know, the new Iphone4S maybe."

"If you say so." Scott said

Dark rolled her eyes.

"It's unlikely anyone would sell something to you though."

"Why?"

"Experiments aren't exactly liked by normal people." he told her

"I can take a human form you know."

"You're saying that you can completely hide any evidence that you were ever in a lab?" he asked.

"Yep."

The best any experiment before could ever do was look human, though they still had the ears and tail. Besides that, there were things like their serial number that didn't go away when they transformed, so Scott didn't exactly believe her.

Dark demonstrated. She looked totally human.

"Interesting." Scott said. "How long can you remain in that form for?"

"As long as I want."

"So maybe you could pass yourself off as a human." Scott said. "But you'd still have to walk all the way from the forest to the town."

"ahem, I can hop from tree to tree as a half cat, and walk just before the town in human."

"I guess you could."

"See."

Scott thought for a moment. "The town is probably a little different than what you're used to."

"In what way?"

"Aside from the large amount of people and whatnot, there's the fact that it is nearly completely made of metal..."

"And?"

"They have rules there. You can't just go around breaking stuff."

"I don't do that!"
