The War

Diane glared at them all. "Weak." She said before going back to her corner.

Cassandra stood up weakly before falling back to the floor. The other Reapers surrounded her just in case.

Florence faded and vanished.

Diane just watched.

Luther was glad that Diane didn't attack again when she found out that the Florence that had made her stop was just one of Cassandra's illusions.

Diane was playing puppet with Cassandra anyway.

Gaia looked over at Diane.

Diane's face was clean of emotion.

"Why did you do that?"

"She started it. You were there."

"You had no right to break her bones like that."

"She had no right to challenge me."

"You must learn self-control child. If you cannot, then I will have no choice but to take away your powers."

Diane grumbled. "So should she!"

Gaia sighed. "I suppose she was also out of line and I shall deal with that when she wakes up, but do not forget, she never actually seriously harmed you."

"She tried."

Suddenly Felix spoke up. "This whole thing started because you overreacted to a comment she made about about him."

"She shouldn't have made the comment."

"She had a perfectly good reason. Maybe you should stop trying to defend that womanizing traitor."

Diane flipped him off.

Felix was about to respond when the real Florence walked in.

Diane took no notice.

Damien nudged Felix. "What was that you were saying about a 'womanizing traitor'?"

Felix jabbed him in the stomach.

Florence walked over to the group.

Diane faced the corner.

There was some shouting.

Diane pulled her hood over her face.
