The War

She tried to mix up his senses. "He's roasted."

It nearly worked. "That's fine. I have plenty of Scott's DNA. Clones aren't as hard to make as you'd think."

Harvest smiled as she had an idea. She duplicated herself into four. They all screamed different taunts at the same time and they dealt confusing and damaging attacks.

Gustav lashed out at them. The taunting was irritating, but the attacks did little as his entire body was made of gel.

He missed each time. They all scrambled his senses.

He swung at them madly. He was bound to hit them one of these times, no matter how fast they were or how scrambled his sense were.

He was only slicing empty air. Harvest took back her sythe.

Scott managed to get up again. He saw that Harvest had gotten her scythe back, but it was doubtful that she would be able to kill Gustav with it.

Harvest grabbed Daniel and ran for the colonies, leaving a confused Gustav fighting imagiary enemies.

Scott looked at the white haired kid. He couldn't leave him here with Gustav, so he led him out of the lab and returned to where he had left Dark

Dark was asleep in her bed, having terrible nightmares.

Scott wondered where Zaro was. He also wondered if he had told Dark what was going on.

Zaro was also asleep. Harvest tried to wake up Daniel as her cloning wore off.

Daniel blinked awake. He didn't recognize Harvest as she had been genetically altered and whatnot.

"Are you okay?"

"Who are you?"

"Harvest."

"Are you going to kill me?"

"No, I'm sorry about 6 years ago. I was wrong."

"Oh. What happened?: He asked. "The last thing I remember I was standing outside during the party and I was knocked unconscious."

"Gustav and the lab. The abandoned one."

"Oh. And where am I now?"

"Dark's cave."

Daniel looked around to confirm this.

Dark was still passed out.
