The War

If Florence were still immortal he wouldn't either. The room was starting to spin. He completely made up what he had said before about Reapers not getting drunk.

Dark noticed him.

He noticed that there was two of Dark.

Dark would deal with him later. 'Better a drunk reaper than an angry reaper.' Dark went and whispered to the bartender to let Florence have all the drinks he wants. "You know, the drinks are free."

Florence ordered more drinks. He would drink them later. He could have sworn that he saw someone again, but whenever he looked at them they vanished.

Dark didn't care.

Florence couldn't think clearly and seemed to be muttering nonsense. It was worth noting that his speech wasn't slurred.

Dark walked to him. "Not drunk, huh?"

"I may be immortal, but it's quite possible that my body is still that of a nineteen year old." He replied. "Are you usually a cat?"

"I'm not a cat right now." Dark turned and looked at him. "But sometimes. Come on, the party's over, if you haven't noticed."

Florence found that strange. "Your soul is blue like a cat." He replied. He picked up the drinks and looked over at where the people were dancing.

People were staring at the teenager trying to take the wine and talking nonsense to Dark.

Florence dropped his drink on accident. "Oops."

Dark sighed. "I think you've had enough." She made the liquid levitate into the nearest sink.

"But this is wine." Florence remarked. "It's not even water."

"Yes. It is." Dark would question him later. Dark took the bottles from him.

"Hey! Those are mine..." Florence seemed to like he was going to say something else but forgot what it was.

Dark didn't respond, but proceeded to drain them. "Come."

Florence nodded and followed Dark.

The people went to sleep. Arianna was already home and sleeping. "The last time I let you drink."

"Why is that?"

"You're a complete idiot." Dark told Florence.

"Is your hair soft?"

"I don't know."

"Cuz you know cats have soft fur and all."
