The War

dark ignored him.

Daniel looked over at Arianna.

Arianna was watching. "I think she's doing something important."

"So, should we just go home?"

"No, we should get her. I think Florence should do his mission himself."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

Daniel wasn't sure if Arianna could follow Dark on the rooftops.

Arianna started. She scrambled up a drain pipe and began following her mom.

Daniel climbed up after her and also followed Dark.

dark saw them following her. Dark took a running leap to the next building over a 5-lane highway. She almost fell back.

Daniel stopped at the edge of the rooftop.

Arianna went for it. Dark watched in horror.

Daniel couldn't watch.

Arianna under estimated the jump and started falling. Dark leapt off and caught her. Dark then extended one of her claws and caught the electric wire. She landed on the same roof as Daniel.

Daniel looked over at Dark. He was glad that she saved Arianna, but he wondered why she had jumped across the highway in the first place.

"I was on an important mission." Dark said.

"Arianna and I want you to come home."

Dark sighed. "Florence can do his own goddamn mission then." Dark sighed.

Daniel agreed.

Dark led the way back. dark nodded a thank-you to a certain black cat.

Daniel didn't seem to notice.

When Dark got to the edge of the town, she leapt into a tree.

Daniel followed.

Arianna also followed. "Go home." Dark ordered. "I've got to do something."
